so, i went to this concert...

"Winter Family"(Isr. Fr.) est un étrange duo "spoken word" (anglais, hébreu) né en janvier 2004 de la rencontre entre Ruth Rosenthal (textes, voix) et Xavier Klaine (piano, harmonium). Après la composition d’une pièce pour le Junior Ballet de Paris, après deux concerts inclassables à Gent et Tel Aviv, ils se produisent pour la première fois en France.

"Women and Children" (Usa. Can. Fr.), composé de Kevin Lasting, Olivier Robert, Jamie Moon et June Serwa ont sorti plusieurs albums sur les labels Attacknine Records et Hallso Records depuis 2001. Après une tournée mondiale en première partie de Catpower et un magnifique concert dans le cadre du festival "All Tomorrow’s Parties" organisé à Londres par V. Gallo, "Women and Children" nous offre d’entendre sa "pop sombre et baroque"(Libération). + DJ selectors ‘The Peals’.

les frigos is now a massive artist squat initiative.

across its courtyard are these vaulted rooms lying beneath the street.

the vaults = les voutes, this is where the concert was.
